I first met Carol a little over a month ago when she gave my hound Henry his Canine Good Citizen test at the Latham Petsmart. After he passed the test, she agreed to help Henry pass his therapy dog test by offering to run through the entire test with him a couple of days before the real thing. When he passed his therapy dog test last night, he was, by far, the most prepared dog taking the test. In addition to all this, Carol worked with Henry to reduce his barking by learning to "whisper" and gave us the great trick of teaching Henry how to "read." I can't thank Carol enough for helping Henry launch a new career as a well-behaved therapy dog.
